Hello,
yesterday I exchanged my cartridges with OEM new ones (HP300). After printing and scanning the alignmentpage, I wanted to print out some pdfs, but unfortunately there was some shadowing appearing on the printout. (photo attached). So I was on a large troublesearch until I found out that there must be an alignmentfailture with the cartridges (Photo). I had no other chance than manually rework the edges of the color cartridge so it's sitting in an other position on the rack. After that, the aligmentpage looked completely different and the printer was able to align the cartridges correctly.
My question: Is there any production issue known? Are the messurements of the cartridges correct? The ones I got are made in Malaysia. Usage date octobre 2021.
It would be nice if you could give me any feedback, in the internet I saw many people with alignmentproblems after changing the cartridges. And I don't want to manually trim the edges in future.
Thank you in advance
Don't hedifference of 1mm
shadowing after wrong alignment
before rework, printer used marked reference for setting, problem aligmnet is 1mm out
after rework the cartridge, marked reference perfectly aligned, printer used this setting
final printout, no shadowing, sharp letterssitate to contact me
Best regards
Patrick

I would like to help
Did you face such issues with the old cartridges? Since you had to manually adjust the cartridges to get them seated properly, this seems to be a Hardware issue with the cartridges
