Hello, I have a problem with my printer. Prints only black and pink. When checking colors, the boxes are blank, only black and white and pink are printed. Please advice..

If you have already performed the steps from the document Color or Black Ink Not Printing; Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
