Hi all,

I have a printer HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3635 All-in-One Printer. I bought it in Asia and associated with it there were black and colour cartridges HP680.

I am now in Europe and I found out there is no HP680 cartridge available here, but the only compatible seems to be the HP302.  I bought the HP302 cartridge, but, once installed, the printer cannot recognize it and it gives compatibility error.

How to solve this?

but the virtual agent has no help at all.

I tried to contact the support via chat, but they do not give support for whom does not have the Instant ink account.

so.... it seems my only action to do is to waste the printer and buy a new one.
