Product: HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3790 All-in-One Printer

Hi, I got an HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3790 All-in-One Printer and it currently uses 652 Black ink. I bought a replacement 680 Black ink but when I used it, I got an error saying it’s incompatible ink. 

I currently live in the Philippines.

 

Would really appreciate help in fixing this problem. Thank you
