Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

I am using Hp Deskjet Ink Advantage All in one printer for many years with company suggested Ink 680 cartridges, but suddenly now color cartridges are showing error stating “not intended to be used in this printer” though both printer and cartridge are in same region.

 Multiple cartridges have been bought still same error is shown in printer.

Hello
If the printer has not undergone region change, please open the front cover of the printer and confirm whether the ink cartridge model on the label on the back of the cover matches the actual ink cartridge model in use. Thank you.

The ink cartridge ordered matches the exact model specified by the printer and has worked successfully in the past. I placed an order for a replacement tri-color cartridge directly from the official HP website because the old one ran out during a print job.
