Hi @Sairam05,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
There are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue of your HP Deskjet 1212 printer not printing after refilling.
- Check the ink levels: Make sure the ink cartridges have enough ink and are properly installed. You can check the ink levels from the printer software on your computer or from the control panel on the printer itself.
- Clean the printhead: Sometimes the printhead can get clogged with dried ink, which can prevent it from printing properly. You can clean the printhead using the printer software or from the control panel on the printer.
- Restart the printer: Sometimes a simple restart can fix the issue. Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for a few seconds, and plug it back in.
- Check for updates: Make sure the printer software and drivers are up to date. You can check for updates from the printer software or from the manufacturer's website.
- Perform a hard reset: If none of the above solutions work, you can try performing a hard reset. Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and hold down the power button for 30 seconds. Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
If none of these solutions work, it is possible that the refilled ink cartridges are not compatible with your printer or are faulty.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
