Product: HP Deskjet 2050 All-in-One Printer - J510a 
Buona sera. Vi chiedo gentilmente aiuto per risolvere un problema con la mia stampante HP Deskjet 2050. Quando inserisco le cartucce, le spie di cartuccia vuota rimangono sempre accese. Ho eseguito tutte le procedure e utilizzato anche HP Print and Scan Doctor per risolvere il problema, ma mi dice sempre che le cartucce potrebbero essere vuote o danneggiate. Grazie a chi mi risponderà. Andrea.
