Hello,

 

I bought an HP Deskjet 2632 half a year ago and since then it has been causing troubles the entire time. It reports being constantly out of paper, even though it's not and I am forced to take it out and put it back (I have already tried to set the paper tray properly without solving the issue).

 

Additionally, the main problem is with the ink. I do not use it very often but I have printed in color in the last months without any issues. The black stopped working a couple of months ago and troubleshooting did not help. I guess it dried out (the cartridge was completely full so huge waste of money). Today I replaced it and it works fine, but the color cartridge stopped working. If cleaned with a cotton bud, it releases ink and the HP smart app shows it is half full.

I printed many test pages, but it only prints in black. I also tried to clean via software several times, but without experiencing any change. No error message is shown.

I have run the doctor app and chatted with the virtual agent but no troubleshooting has helped. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers.

 

I cannot really believe that I would need to buy again ink because I have used it for some weeks and it dried out. So far, I have been spending more money on ink than on the printer itself.

Hi,

 

thank you for your reply. Which support do you refer to?

 

The available options are:

  • Virtual agent
  • This same community
  • Phone support to buy

 

Also, after registering the product, the manufacturer warranty shows as expired because the product was bought in October 2019. This is not true, as the product was bought in March 2020 and this information was recorded when registering the product.

Additionally, in Finland HP does not have any repair center for this type of printer, but only for Samsung printers and computers.

 

I guess the only option will be to bring it back where we bought it.
