I bought new cartridges for my DesignJet 2652 Printer because it told me I was low on ink. I put the new ones in and it recognizes the black ink just fine but the color ink it still reads as low and I get an orange light. When printing it also doesn't print all the color levels. I have tried turning it off and back on. Reseating the cartridge. Cleaning the contacts where the cartridge meets the cartridge compartment ( I used alcohol to not short anything). I tried cleaning the printer heads and nothing. I really don't want to buy a new printer if I don't have to.

And if the issue still persists, follow these steps to fix the issue:-
Perform a power reset , Reset the printer to recover from printer errors or failures.
- Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 30 seconds.
- Plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet and printer without any surge protector.
