HP DeskJet 2710e All-in-One Printer
iOS

I have a HP Deskjet 2710e printer. I was printing in the morning with no issues then suddenly my printer just stopped. I tried to do some trouble shooting in connecting it to the internet. After doing this, my printer is connected to the internet but now it shows my ink is incompatible. I am using original HP ink cartridges only. So I do not understand why this is happening.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, let's try these steps to resolve the issue:
Check the ink cartridge number:

  • Make sure the cartridge model numbers match your printer and country/region.
  • Open the door or lid to the cartridge access area. Wait until the carriage stops moving before continuing.
  • Look at the cartridge labels.
  • Replace any incompatible cartridges.
  • NOTE: HP+ printers require Original HP cartridges.

Reset the printer:

  • Reset the printer to recover from printer errors or failures.
  • If your printer has a rechargeable battery, remove it.
  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the power source.
  • Wait 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.
  • NOTE: HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
  • Turn on the printer to complete the reset.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
