HP DeskJet 2720 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

my HP Deskjet 2720 prints only in color. In the last few weeks the black cartridge stopped printing or was printing in stripes. I have had the heads cleaned and the ink nozzle alignment done, and this is the second black cartridge I have inserted, without, moreover, having completely worn out the previous one. It was suggested that I clean the print head with alcohol, I haven't done that yet because I wanted to hear an opinion from this community first.

Now I need to print with some urgency and I have enough of this problem, what do you think I should do ?

Thanks in advance

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help.

If this is happening with all black inks, then this could be a hardware issue.

I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team regarding this.
