Hi, got my Deskjet 2722 about 3 months ago, for nearly a month ive not been able to use it!

 

So i bought new official cartridges from WH Smiths, and when i put them in it asks for 'Setup Cartridges', but when i put the original 2 back in which say setup cartridges, the same message comes up? I have absolutely no way of using a basically brand new printer? I REFUSE to use HP instant ink, as i shouldn't have to sign up to a monthly service, when id prefer to keep a local chain store open by purchasing from them. How do i fix this?

HP Facebook told me to contact support, which i have 0 idea how to do as virtual agent is more useless than the printer, the phone number isnt open when im not at work, and the WhatsApp just is not replying.

PURCHASED THIS PRINTER LAST WEEK USED WHAT CARTRIDGES WERE IN WITH IT

SO INSTALLED NEW BLACKA AND COLOUR HP REPLACEMENTS FRIDAY THEN YESTERDAY INSTALLED NEW FOR BOTH AGAIN AND NOW SAYING NO INK AVAILABLE

IN ALL THATS 3 BLACK AND 3 COLOUR CARTRIDGES IN LESS THAN A WEEK USED AND NOW I HAVE NO INK
