Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I literally just purchased an HP Deskjet 2755e Printer directly from HP. Took it out the box, installed the ink cartridges and I printed 8 pages. By the 6th page the color went to heck and was printing all grainy. Still is. I tried popping the cartridges out and putting them back in. Now the printer says the ink is counterfeit and it still looks like crap. 

No offense HP, actually yes take offense. You ripped me off. 

Now will you fix this issue? 8 pages for $80 + is beyond a rip off.

To assist better-

 

1) Does the copy print out the same way? 

2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device? 

 

While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further. 

 

You may also refer to this document with steps to fix the " Print Quality Issues" issue applicable for your printer -  Print Quality Issues

 

 Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
