Product: HP DeskJet 2810e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

In last 2 months I have bought 2 new HP Deskjet 2800e printers . On both printers new  and genuine HP colour cartridges wont work - just get a flashing light. I have tried all of the suggestions on HP pages and none of them seem to work - Please advise?
