Product: HP DeskJet 3633
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP DeskJet 3633. I have it plugged in with good ink. All diagnostics I have run show no issues with the printer. I can select documents to be printed. When I click print paper pulls into the printer and the printer sounds like its printing on the paper. When the paper comes out there is nothing on it. Total blank sheets. How do I fix this?

@chaseraider, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Try making a standalone copy in black and color to check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

 

Perform the steps from this document to resolve this issue - Printer Prints a Blank Page or Does Not Print Black or Color Ink
