HP DeskJet 3762 All-in-One Printer

I purchased this printer in the UK a year ago. Now we moved to the USA and I bought the ink cartridges H65XL  and 65 Tri-colour as per the recommendation in Staples. They told me that those were compatible with the printer model.

 

Nevertheless, once installed the printer says the cartridges are not compatible and do not work. 

 

Any recommendations on how to fix this issue? I really need the printer for my work... please any help will be really appreciated.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

  

I understand you have moved and the printer is not accepting the new region cartridges.

 

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue. 

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
