My HP Deskjet D2560 printed one page without any black, then all the following pages were blank.  Goes through the motions, but no ink comes out. Supplies are full.  No error messages.  Printed the "Print test page" with colors, but no solid black.  virtual help was useless.  Several CS sites were not available.  Help!

Hi @Computerphobe1,

 I'd like to help!

To assist better-

1) Are you able to black copy using the printer?

2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or devices?

While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page

  1. Make sure that there is unused, plain, white paper loaded in the input tray.

  2. Press and hold the Power button ().

  3. Keep the Power button pressed down and then press the Cancel button ().

  4. Release both buttons. The diagnostic page prints.

Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
