Product: HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2775 All-in-One Printer

I have a HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2700 which has region Mexico, because I have bought it in Curacao. It had cartridge number 667 in it. But now I have moved to Sint Maarten and I can only buy cartridge 67. I have tried to install it, but it doesn’t accept the cartridge. How is this possible? Do I need to change the region or something? Thank you.
