Sir I purchased 680 hp black ink cartridge on 30 march 2025. But a defective piece is sent to me .it throws out excessive ink .the whole page becomes black and damp with fresh ink . Pls replace it and send me a new proper cartridge. I have been using this cartridge for the last five years and everytime I purchase from Amazon . How this time a defective printer cartridge is sent . Pl look into it and do the needful at the earliest. The pic of print is attached herewith for your reference.
