HP Deskjet Ink advantage 2375 asking for setup cartridge, I do not have them, I bought new 667 cartridges for this printer, they are detected, they are not faulty, even detecting ink levels on app, I am also not able to update the firmwae on this printer, it says to try again after it fails, always says busy on status of firmware update window, I asume this is due to the cartirdges setup issue, I need the steps to reset this printer or the solution for this

Welcome to HP Support Community!
To bypass the message on the printer the only option left is to perform an OOBE reset and re-initialize the printer.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
Please help us with the Printer serial number or the product number on a private message for further assistance.

1. Open the ink cartridge access door.
2. Press and hold the Wireless button for at least 3 seconds.
3. Close the access door. The printer begins initializing.
4. Press and hold (i) to print an info sheet and confirm success.
5. If the initialization does not begin, repeat the procedure.

The steps shared, are not for the printer model I have HP Deskjet Ink advantage 2375 (SN was shared via PM), and since then I have not received the correct ones for the OOBE reset, again I still need help on this issue to even use my new cartridges...Deskjet Ink advantage 2375
