Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer is printing fine but it leaves blank lines. I don't know what to do pls HELP! In a Windows 10 64 bit.

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

Please print a Quality Diagnostic Page and let me know if you face the same issue

 

  1. On the printer control panel, press the Down Arrow  to scroll to Tools, and then press OK.

  2. Press the Down Arrow  to scroll to Print Quality Report, and then press OK. The printer prints the test page.
