HP ENVY 4507 Cartouches incompatibles

Bonjour,

Après plusieurs impressions totalement normales,  mon imprimante affiche le msg 'Cartouches incompatible".

Pourtant il s'agit bien de Cartouches HP 301 XL correspondant au produit.

Toutes les manipulations (nettoyage, arrêt, réinitialisation) ne donnent aucun résultat.

J'en suite à la quatrième cartouche neuve que j'essaie, mais toujours le même message...

Avez-vous une solution ?

Hello,

After several completely normal prints, my printer displays the msg 'Incompatible cartridges'.

However, it is indeed HP 301 XL Cartridges corresponding to the product.

All manipulations (cleaning, shutdown, reset) give no result.

I follow the fourth new cartridge that I try, but always the same message ...

Do you have a solution ?
