HP ENVY 4520 incompatible ink

Hello,

My HP EVNY 4520 printer was bought in Hong Kong and used HP INK 63 without any problems. It seems a problem when I used the printer in the UK with HP 302 INK (which is compatible to HP ENVY 4520), the printer is now showing incompatible ink, I was told I should have to reconfigure the printer, would you please advise how can I reconfigure it or how to fix this setting? Thanks!

I understand you moved, and the printer is not accepting the new region cartridges. We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue. The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

Obtain compatible ink cartridges for your country/region

Before you contact HP, you must have a full set of genuine HP ink cartridges for your current country/region.

NOTE: HP does not supply replacement ink cartridges for your printer when you move.
