HP ENVY 4520

I am trying to print in a HP ENVY 4520 and it is not working at all. I decided to test it through its management interface and went to tools/utilities and tried clean printhead. Attached I am sending the printout of the "Print Quality Report". It is totally wrong.

For the record, the black ink is 100% new. Received and installed less than 2 months ago.

What should I do?

No, it didn't work and I basically gave up on the printer... Sorry
