HP ENVY 5010 ALL IN ONE PRINTER
Hello there please help, not much hair left to tear out!
The print quality is so bad. Initially I had problems using it over wi-fi. Eventually seem to have got some level of connection however there is a message that comes up saying it is not completely installed in the Windows 10 laptop I have. I have no idea if this is the reason that the print quality is so bad or not. The online help doesn't work when I have tested the print quality the letters don't print fully and the page doesn't load which is supposed to help., saying site cannot be reached when the rest of my internet is working perfectly well.
I am at a loss and have important documents to print. I am loathe to pay for phone support as I am not on disability benefits due to my physical and mental health and not working and prices of everything is going up at the moment. I would be extremely grateful if you can help me solve this problem. Thank you
