HP 5070 ALL IN ONE PIECE OF JUNK! WORKED TILL I CHANGED THE SETUP CARTRIDGE THEN STOPPED PRINTING... LIKE THAT'S IT! REPLACED WITH BRAND NED OUT OF THE BOX HPCORRECT NUMBER BLACK INK, THOUGHT IT WAS BAD.. WENT AND PURCHASED ANOTHER NEW ONE THIS TIME I CLEANED THE PRINT HEADS AND CHANGED THE COLOR CARTRIDGE ALSO AT SAME TIME WITH NEW BLACK AND RESULTS WERE THE SAME. SO MUCH FOR A BLACK FRIDAY DEAL AT BEST BUY! SO I WENT TO WALMART AND PURCHASED A CHEAP CANNON PIXMA TR4522 ALL IN ONE AND ONLY COMPLAINT IS IT SOMETIMES LOSES CONNECTION TO WIFI WHEN IT SITS RIGHT NEXT TO THE ROUTER! OH WELL BUT IT PRINTS AND BOY DOES IT! IVE PUT IT THROUGH THE RINGER! BUT I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO GET THIS HP ENVY UP AND GOING OR GET SOMETHING OUT OF IT AS MY WARRANTY IS BOUT TO EXPIRE SOON. N I KNOW FROM ASKING AROUND AND AT STORES THAT I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON WITH THIS PROBLEM, SO ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED. THANKS

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, we would have to perform an OOBE reset on the printer to bypass the error
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
