Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

All was good and my colors cartridge went empty. It took a while for me to buy a replacement and I probably forced color print without color. When I finally changed for a  new one, only black and yellow are printing, cyan and magenta don't print. I tried many cleaning of cartridges, alignments and all but nothing seems to work. The black is an HP62xl and the new tri-color is a HP62 normal one.

Help please. Here is the diagnistic Diagnostic - HP ENVY 5640.jpg
