HP ENVY 6000 All-In-One printing in all bubble letters

Everything I print is printing in bubble letters - I even attempted printing an image with letters in it and those letter print in bubble letters. I've attempted alignment, but that keeps failing when it gets to the point to scan the printed document. I have completed a factory reset and it is still printing in bubble letters and failing during alignment attempts. I've only printed maybe two documents from this printer in the time I've had it. Ironic that it starts happening right when the warranty expired.

Unfortunately this did not help. I completed all of these steps and the probter still prints all text in bubble letter font rather than the font specified in the document or image. It prints in bubble letters (outline of letter with no fill).

Color copy worked fine. 

Black and white copy attempts to print but nothing prints on page. This ink cartridge is almost brand new, having only printed less than 5 pages.
