I have a new printer, the HP ENVY 6010. After the black setup ink cartridge was empty, i put in a new cartridge. However, this ink cartridge is not regognized by the printer. At first it did not give a message at all, now the status of the printer is "used of unreal cartridges", even though it's a real HP cartridge. What do I need to do to fix this problem? And if it is not fixable, how can I get my warranty on this product?

If the cartridge is proven to be defective, it can be replaced through HP.
If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
