Hi! When I print black (text) lines, regurlarly there are white empty spaces (lines) in/through the text. It's not always there, but more and more the white spaces appear (almost every page and then multiple white lines on it). It looks like it doesn't show up in color printing.
Because it's not always the there, I really don't know what could be the problem. The printer doesn't give any errors. I tried 'clean ink cartridges' two times. After that I made three printing quality rapports and two of them are perfect fine en the third does still have the white spaces I mean. I put a picture of it below.
I really don't know what to do anymore.. What can I do to solve this problem? Thank you very much in advance for your help!

I understand the print quality is not good with the black. To assist you better,
- Which application are you trying to print from?
- Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
- Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues
Check the ink level and replace the black ink cartridge if low/empty.
Update the printer firmware
Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your PC.
Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
