Bought a Envy 7134 straight out of the box and it will not align. tried everything including using the cleaning and aligning modes several times & the power cable trick. Updated software , factory settings everything. On the print diagnosic page Point no1 doesnt display, the lines are crooked on point no 5 & there is no dark line or white gap in point no 6 - red arrow and green rectangle visible. Point no.4 is not visble and the 3 shaded black box is incomplete , Point no 7 not visible although the HP USE ONLY line is visible. The Alignment page is passable with a few boxes with incomplete lines - hence the alignment error. Can someone please help me? Thanks in advance

Hi @JustMe70,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are facing an alignment issue with your HP ENVY Photo 7134 Printe. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
Let's perform a power drain:
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Remove USB cable, if present.
- Wait for 2-3 minutes, press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to remove any additional charge.
- Now plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector or an extension cord (This is important) and then plug back the power cord to the printer.
- Turn on the printer and wait till warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle
