Product: HP ENVY 7640 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I've had this HP Envy 7640 for years, and a few days ago I went to replace the black ink, as it had run low. However, the printer says the cartridge wasn't installed correctly, even though I haven't done anything different than the way I usually install them. The printer still accepts the old cartridge just fine, so I will assume the issue is that the new cartridge is faulty in some way. I hope this can be fixed, as the cartridges are expensive and I'd hate to resort to buying a second one just for it to also not work.
