Hi @Gj05,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To get the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding your ink cartridge shipment, I recommend checking the order confirmation email or contacting HP customer support.

To determine if your printer is connected to Wi-Fi and to troubleshoot print quality issues, you can follow these general steps.

Checking Wi-Fi Connection:

Printer Display:

  • Check the printer display for any Wi-Fi indicators or icons.
  • Some printers have a wireless symbol that shows when connected.

Printer Settings:

  • Access the printer settings menu on the printer itself (refer to the user manual for instructions).
  • Look for network or wireless settings to see if it shows a connected status.

Print Network Configuration Page:

  • Print a network configuration page from the printer (refer to the user manual).
  • This page often includes information about the network connection.

Router Settings:

  • Check your Wi-Fi router's connected devices list to see if the printer is listed.

Improving Print Quality:

Check Ink Levels:

  • Ensure that the ink cartridges have sufficient ink levels. Most printers have an option to check ink levels in the settings.

Clean Print Heads:

  • Printers often have a utility for cleaning print heads. Use this function to remove any dried ink or debris.

Alignment:

  • Perform a print head alignment to ensure that the print heads are properly aligned.

Use Quality Paper:

  • Ensure you are using the correct type and quality of paper for your printer.

Update Drivers:

  • Check for and install any available driver updates for your printer model.

Print Quality Settings:

  • Adjust the print quality settings in the printer driver. Sometimes, lower-quality settings can result in poor prints.

Inspect Cartridges:

  • Make sure the ink cartridges are properly installed and not expired.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
