the issue is with my printer . the Ink cartridges has no conatc with the printer .  Ink cartridges is a orignal HP one and still voll.

If your HP ENVY Inspire 7900e printer is experiencing issues with ink cartridges not making contact, here are a few steps you can follow to resolve the issue:

Check Ink Cartridge Installation

Turn on the printer:

  • Ensure the printer is powered on.

Open the front door:

  • Open the front door of the printer.

Lift the cartridge access door:

  • Lift the cartridge access door and wait until the printer is idle.

Remove and Reinstall the Cartridges:

  • Lightly press down on the ink cartridge to release it, and then pull the ink cartridge out of its slot.

  • Hold the cartridge by its sides, and then pull the tab to remove the plastic tape if it hasn't been removed.

  • Slide the ink cartridge back into its slot until it snaps into place. Repeat this step for the other cartridge if necessary.

Close the cartridge access door:

  • Lower the cartridge access door, and then close the front door.
