Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7920e All-in-One Printer

Please help, I have just purchased a brand new printer and have tried every solution available but the printer continues to not print Cyan and Yellow colours.

I have done print alignment, cleaning, reset, etc nothing has worked.

I am using my Android Phone to print.

I see that you are facing an issue with print quality on your Printer.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.

 

Also, update the printer firmware using this link.
