hello.

My HP ENVY PHOTO  7155 does not print well since March. It's not even aligned properly when i tested it, yet I am not missing ink. I even cleaned under each of the cartridges with water so that any small dried parts will be removed. I do not want to but another ink cartridges while i still have ink. Weirdly, when it prints it makes a rusty sound. Could it be then that there's a mechanical problem the print?

 

And if so, do I have a warranty for this product?

How old is this Printer? Do you hear the sound on copying too?

 

Let's try to reset the Printer here:

 

  1. Reset the product
    1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
    2. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
    3. Wait at least 60 seconds.
    4. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
    5. Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
    6. Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
  2. Also, try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.
