HP ENVY Photo 6255 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

As stated in the title, I have an HP ENVY 6200 All-in-One Printer. Previously in the last few days it has started to print white lines and is missing places in the printing. This is happening whenever I print from my desktop, phone, or app.

Things I have already tried, AND DID NOT WORK:

  • Made sure printer was up to date on software
  • Settings > Tools > Clean Cartridge (three times)
  • Settings > Tools > Align Cartridge
  • Settings > Tools > Restore Factory Settings
  • Took out cartridge and gently cleaned the top with 70% isopropyl alcohol solution with a soft Q-tip
  • Replaced the cartridge with another HP 64 Black Ink Cartridge

Any suggestions on how I can resolve this?
