Hi,

I've tried to print something today and the printer is displaying the 'Cartridge Problem' message. The black cartridge is showing a problem so I've tried the steps I've found elsewhere including:

Unplug when switched on

Plug back in after 60 secs etc.

And I've tried cleaning the cartridge following the instructions but still no luck

 

I subscribe to Instant Ink but as it's showing that there is an error the system so I am unable to request a new ink cartridge. I shouldn't have to buy a new one as this is what the subscription is for. Please can someone advise what to do now?
