"Cartridge error: Either an ink cartridge is not installed or there is an issue with the installed cartridge. Replace or clean the cartridge to resolve the issue—you will not receive ink shipments until the error is resolved."
I removed the black cartridge and found that a small section of the printhead had burnt the circuit tracks (a 4mm section). The cartridge is almost 3/4 full.
I've raised a support call 5075880747 but no reply to that. My messages in the FB messenger support chat I was attached to is never replied to after the initial chat asking me to clean the cartridge contacts. Upon which I found the burnt section, shown below.

I understand you are getting this error on the printer screen. If you have already performed the steps from the document Print head Errors: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04100778 and ink cartridge errors if the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
