The HP ENVY Photo 7855 Printer has been producing bad printing quality. I tried using the cleaning and alignment features and switching out the cartridges. 
The print job looks "staggered", and "boxes" instead of straight lines, which made me think that it could be an alignment issue, but the troubleshooting feature did not resolve the issue.
Has anyone else experienced this kind of issue and found a solution beyond the application troubleshooting features?
