Product: HP ENVY Photo 7164 All-in-One Printer

I have been having constant issues with this printer when it comes to print quality.  Performing the clean print head and other clean functions in an attempt to fix the print quality makes the print quality worse each time.  I am very unhappy with this printer and the constant print quality issues.  Below shows where the more I perform the cleaning function, the quality gets worse.
