Product: HP ENVY Pro 6432
Operating System: iOS

Hello, I picked up a HP ENVY Pro 6432 printer today and unfortunately the SETUP ink cartridges did not come with the printer. I purchased HP ink cartridges seperately, but it won't accept them without the SETUP cartridges first. Could you please help me bypass the SETUP cartridge error? Thanks.

@squidgerydee, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I have sent you a private message with a set of instructions to perform a reset to bypass he use of setup inks. Kindly check the same, this might help you to resolve this issue. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
