Product: EliteDesk 800 G6

A EliteDesk 800 G6 was purchased via Amazon in April. Sometime in August it stopped powering on and will not POST.

There is NO serial number on the bottom (just black surface) and the HP paperwork/box cannot be found. I Do have to order information from Amazon but that's all the history I can find.
