HP ENVY 4500 e-All-in-One Printer

My HP Envy 4500 printer is giving me the message "The following ink Cartridge(s) must be replaced" - and then indicates the blank ink cartridge.

From reading similar experiences on the HP Customer Forum and having attempted to rectify the problem by disconnecting the printer and cleaning the cartridges it would appear that a new black ink cartridge is required to rectify the problem.

I subscribe monthly to the HP Instant Ink scheme but can't see how I can request another cartridge. Communication with HP via phone or email appears impossible. Does anyone know how I can request anew cartridge?
