HP Envy 4501 Printer not fully printing alignment page. New ink cartridges are installed. Parts of the page aren't printing and unsure why. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Something must have gone wrong when the cartridges were replaced.  I assume you are not going through setup on a new printer.

There are about 6 videos here dealing with various problems on the 4500 series

You might review the ink replacement video for help.

If this is a new printer and the you still have the problem after reviewing the video then call tech support

That is actually pretty bad.  It looks like the print head has an inertial problem at startup.   Just guessing that it starts moving before the drive motor ready.

if cleaning and reseating the cartridges does not work you will have to take it to a shop.  With a used one as low as $50 usd it is probably not worth fixing.
