My printer isn't printing any black text despite the cartridge being relatively full. I haveTweakbox tried the factory reset, cleaning the cartridges etc. It still seems to print blank pages, and nothing on the printer alignment page except for the red "important" and a couple blue dashed lines. Does anyone know how to fix it? On a side note, does anyone know if inkless printers exist?

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
