Product: HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer

My printer is skipping lines when I print or copy. I have already followed all of the recommended steps of cleaning the cartridges and fixing smears, and I have put a new HP cartridge in the machine, aligned the pages and still it is skipping entire lines somewhat randomly on the page, but always skipping.
