Product: HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
My HP envy 4520 printer keeps losing the updated drivers, since the August 2022 windows 11 update. When this happens, the printer will work but only print in B&W from the desktop. It will continue to print in color from my phone. I use an HP desktop that is 1 yr old.
I have worked with Microsoft twice and have been told that it is a printer problem, not the MS update. Each time that I uninstall the printer and reinstall with the HP easy start, it will print in color. Then somehow it loses that ability. Any thoughts?
