I am having trouble with my Envy 4520 it's only print in blue ,even when I turn colour off when I try to print,
My OS is Ventura 13.5.1 not 12.0 Monterey
I have tried cleaning the print heads and Aliging the page but when I try scanning the page it says there not one there!
Put new Colour cartridge in as well.
Downloaded new driver's and reinstalled Printer in System Setting, unplugged the Printer as well waited a minute plugged back in to power.
Even ran Disk utiilty to see if there were any faults.
What should I try next?

Make a copy on the printer standalone and let me know if you have the same issue. (Place an original document on the scanner glass and make a copy to confirm hardware failure)
- When was the last time your printer was working fine?
- Were there any changes made to your printer recently?

I got in touch with the HP Insta Ink and they are sending me a new Black ink cartridge to see if that's the problem, I have since done some researchtand found that other people are having troublewith printing since the last update to MAC OS 13.5.1 which I did in Augus'
The last time I did any printing was in July, I don't do a lot of printing.
I have tried to print from Android phone and had a better result using the HP Smart app, but the print came out faded.
I will try to do as you suggested and copy something.
I have removed the printer from my System and reinstalled it and downloaded the recent update, I didn't have any luck though with the updating the firmware.

Hello,
Can you advise what I should do, when I try to install the EN4520_2023B.dmg I get this message This Firmware updater does not contain upgrades for your device.
Good news since installing the Black cartridge my HP 4520 is now working even though it was showing that it still had black ink?

Hi,
Thank you for your message.
My printer is now working fine, what I don't understand that it wasn't printing before I installed the new back cartridge, I am a Insta ink subscriber, my old black cartridge showed that it wasn't empty?
Also I have downloaded the latest Firmware for my printer, but when I have tried to run it I get a error message saying "This Firmware update does not contain updates for your device"
