Hi everyone.

So this printer has been used maybe 5 times since purchasing it. Steadily HP has been charging me for "instant ink".
New cartridge and everything btw that came straight from HP itself.

Now i try to print documents and the printer is straight-up printing but black print does not come out.
Magenta prints just fine but not black...

I tried to run tests, same issue.  

Now since the cartridges are full on ink, and i only get replacements when the ink runs out, but because it doesn't use the black ink ill never run out by that logic? Keep in mind that i've been getting charged on a monthly basis for quite some time.

HP is there a fix for this? I barely used this printer, the cartridges are the ones that i got from HP so what is the problem?

I understand the printer is not printing in black. Clean the ink cartridges up to 2 times as shown in this document - No black ink, wrong colors, other print quality issues

Print a quality page to check the result.

 

If the issue persists, as the issue is related to Instant ink cartridges, I need more information to help you out.

Hello

i've a very similar issue with same printer model. HP Envy 5010 I cannot print any document.

Printer age is 15 mounths and in this period i've used it very rarely.

Most of pages are printed completely white.

The level of black is no full but is not marked as problem.

I've tried to remove the black cartridge as subdjested in a HP forum and are been printed 2 pages of 9. The others completely white.

I ve had passed any check of HP doctor. and updated all drivers.

I' have Windows 10 as operative System in my Lenovo PC.

 

please can you help me ?
